When I was 30, my father passed away.

He was a driven, hardworking man - Owned a successful dental practice. Worked like crazy. Provided well for our family... until he couldn’t.

At the early age of 42, his health had already started to decline.
He was diagnosed with diabetes.
And I got a front row seat for three decades and saw exactly what not to do.

Eventually, his body just gave out. And watching him break down like that was brutal - not just for him, but for my entire family.

That loss changed everything for me.
Because real success means nothing if your body can’t sustain the life you’ve built.
When your health goes, everything else starts to unravel with it.

That’s exactly what I see happen to high-performing professionals all the time.
